Heavy-Duty Presses
These presses are specifically designed to handle heavy workloads and can exert substantial force to shape, mold, or deform various materials, including metal, plastic, or wood.
Heavy-duty presses are commonly used in metal fabrication, forging, stamping, and other manufacturing processes where significant force is required for efficient production.
Here is the list of heavy-duty presses we utilize at Clark Engineering:
300 Tons – 24″ stroke, 21″ shut height, 29″ x 29″ bed
215 Tons – 8″ stroke, 20″ shut height, 29″ x 30″ bed, 14″ window
400 Tons – 6″ stroke, .5″ ram adjustment, 35″ shut height, 32″ x 30″ bed
600 Tons – 5″ stroke, 14.125″ shut height, 36″ x 33″ bed
250 Tons – 20″ x 20″ bed, air clutch
Our medium-duty presses are meticulously maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in our manufacturing processes.
Medium-Duty Presses
These presses are characterized by their moderate power and capacity, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. They offer a balance between the capabilities of light-duty and heavy-duty presses, making them versatile and adaptable for different manufacturing needs.
Medium-duty presses are commonly used in industries such as metalworking, automotive, appliance manufacturing, and general fabrication.
Here is the list of medium-duty presses we utilize at Clark Engineering:
75 Tons – 5″ stroke, 16″ shut height, 24″ x 36″ bed
75 Tons – 4″ stroke, 10″ – 22″” shut height, 4″ adjustment, 54 strokes/minute, 36″ x 24″ bed
110 Tons – 7.5″ stroke, 15.5″ shut height, 27″ x 42″ bed
135 Tons – 10″ stroke, 17″ shut height, 9″ window, 26″ x 28″ bed
125 Tons – 8″ stroke, 35 strokes/minute, 21″ shut height, 32″ x 48″ bed
75 Tons – 6″ shut height, 6″ adjustment, 21″ x 34″ bed
90 Tons – 8″ stroke, 18″ shut height, 39″ x 24.5″ bed
Our medium-duty presses are meticulously maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in our manufacturing processes.
Light-Duty Presses
A light duty press is a type of equipment used in manufacturing processes that involves applying pressure or force to materials. This press is specifically designed for lighter applications or tasks that require less force compared to heavy duty presses.
Light duty presses are commonly used in industries such as electronics, automotive, and small-scale metalworking. These presses are typically compact, versatile, and offer precise control over the amount of force applied.
They are used for operations such as bending, punching, embossing, and assembly of relatively thinner materials.
Here is the list of light duty presses we utilize at Clark Engineering:
50 Tons – 4″ stroke, 14″ x 20″ bed
50-tons press with a 4″ stroke and a 14″ x 20″ bed
30-tons press with a 14″ x 20″ bed
60-tons press with a 7″ stroke, an 18″ shut height, a 3″ adjustment, 45 strokes/minute, and a 30″ x 40″ bed
60-tons press with a 6″ stroke, a 15¾” shut height, a 22″ x 32″ bed, and 90 strokes/minute
30-tons press with a 14″ x 20″ bed
60-tons press with a 17″ x 27″ bed
30-tons press with a 20″ x 23″ bed
60-tons mechanical press with an 18″ x 32″ bed
These light duty presses are meticulously maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in our manufacturing processes.
